Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and try to make it right. We may also ask you to send your broken item back to us, in order to replace it with one that isn't damaged.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us regarding the broken item, wait for us to respond with a solution that fits your situation, and you may be asked to return the broken item you have. Once the broken item is accepted, we will send out a new one to replace it.
